General Return Policy

To initiate any return or exchange email returns@houseofspice.net

You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase cost, minus the cost of shipping that you paid at the time of order.

If the item is returned for your convenience, we will also assess a 15% restocking fee. Even exchanges because of an error on our part or a defective product are never assessed a restocking fee.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we will credit your account with the shipping cost that you paid at the time of order).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

We do not accept returns of the following items:

·    Any adult novelty product
·    Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
·    Gift certificates or gift cards
·    Any worn intimiate apparrel 
·    Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap.
·    Non-defective items that show signs of obvious use or wear (and thus can not be resold)
·    Any product that was shipped more than 30 days ago
·    Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, simply email returns@houseofspice.net .  If it's our fault that you need to exchange it, we'll pay for the shipping.  If you're exchanging for your own convenience (i.e. it's your fault), then you will be responsible for shipping charges.
